Finished wood thickness is 5/8” so the interior width and height is 1.25” less than exterior dimensions. The solid back with the integrated mounting cleat is 1/2” with a 3/4” cleat for a total interior depth of less 1.25”. for our Media and Storage cabinets with sliding doors, subtract another 3/4” for the doors, total is less 2” for back and doors combined. DESCRIPTION

This premium Vinyl Credenza is handcrafted from solid American Black Walnut hardwood with solid Maple soft-close drawers. Drawer slides are hidden under-mount and premium grade full extension. Drawer fronts are cut from a single Walnut plank showing continuous grain across the credenza.

Golden-ratio proportions make for a pleasing and functional size. Hand finished with VOC Free Pure Tung Oil for a natural color and a beautiful, durable satin sheen.

We can build this piece in Cherry, Maple or White Oak for the same price. Just leave a note at checkout with your wood choice.

Drawers are 14 inches deep and hold approximately 85 vinyl records per drawer.

Choose your size legs at checkout - ideally your legs should be just taller than the baseboards of your wall.

This Credenza must be secured to the wall to avoid tipping when drawers are pulled out. We include 4 cabinet screws for securing to the wall behind the cabinet.

Wow!

Let's start with first impressions. The plywood box Krovel used to ship my cabinets (record and book box shelves and an LP record cabinet) was precisely made to fit my materials, and when I openned the crate, even the biodegradable packing peanuts were perfectly packed. Each cabinet box and item was carefully wrapped in brown paper with the precision you would expect from a gift wrapper working at a fine jewelry store. Clearly there's a little bit of "Type A" personality on the team, and that's a good thing when purchasing cabinetry.

Of course, to earn a five-star review and a "wow!" in the subject line, one needs more than a great first impression. The installation was a breeze, and the cabinetry is beautiful. I ordered these items for my home office where the rest of the furniture is from Herman Miller. Krovel is a perfect compliment in style, and meets or surpasses the Herman Miller desk and credenza. I am now literally looking around my house to see if I can find an excuse to add more items from the Krovel line!
